Unity Park: Celebrating Social Harmony and Heritage Through Contemporary Design

The park, spanning 5,600 square meters and with an estimated cost of Rs 15 crore, is being constructed to commemorate a significant event and is expected to become a major tourist attraction.

The park’s design follows contemporary architectural principles, focusing on achieving unity through harmonious design. The pathways are designed to flow freely, converging at various intervals into interesting landscaped pockets. It masterfully combines built structures with open areas, navigating a site with contours ranging from zero to 12 meters. Architectural elements include pavilion-like buildings with brick facades and tiled roofs, offering functional and focal points within the park.

Wide, curved pathways lined with flowering shrubs and trees connect various zones, with ample seating for relaxation. Expansive green lawns and gently sloping terraces provide open spaces for recreation, while dedicated play areas and water features add engagement and tranquility. The park’s vibrant floral displays and effective use of natural contours create a dynamic, inviting space for recreation, relaxation, and community engagement.
